Flex
FLEX is an upper body physique-training class designed to strengthen, build and tone your arms! Exercises are maximized for muscle gains, and overall upper body strength and definition. Flex is available in-studio and virtually.
Glute
GLUTE is a leg-day class which focuses on the development of glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves. Compound movements like squats, deadlifts and lunges will strengthen and tone the entire lower body while increasing overall metabolism and hypertrophy. Glute is available in-studio and virtually.
Virtual Training
Are you sick of doing burpees and mountain climbers on a bosu ball? We are too. That's why our virtual physique-training is simple and effective so you can lift from anywhere with just a set of dumbbells. Virtual classes are offered live or On-Demand.
In-Studio Class
LIFT Society is the only group class lifting gym for strength and aesthetics. Our small group classes ensure that you get personalized results and attention in every training session.
