LIFT Society is for anyone who has aesthetic and strength goals. We will guide you through each lift, and maximize your strength in order to tone and develop every part of your body.
We run a glute-building program which builds and tones the glutes as well as your entire lower body! This class is based on all the latest science and training techniques to effectively build your glutes using weights, bands and barbells.
No experience required. Every class can be tailored to the new lifter by decreasing reps or weight for each exercise. Our goal is to get you comfortable in a group setting so you can thrive at LIFT Society and build the body you’ve always wanted.

Even during quarantine, LIFT Society is keeping me healthy, strong and sane, thanks to the virtual classes Dylan and Dave are offering every day. They also offer one-to-one zoom classes tailored to the equipment every one has at home. I get a good sweat every time I workout! But I can't wait to go back to the gym when this is over.
I recently started going to this gym a couple Months ago. It has been a game changer. As an ex collegiate athlete it is nice to have a such amazing workouts.. I always struggled to keeP weight in but after 2 months I have put on 12 pounds of muscle and been able to keep it on. I highly recommend this gym to everyone. Shout out to Dave and Dylan!! Lift society is an amazing place to keep you in shape. Both physically and mentally. The workouts are awesome and the trainers are all amazing. I've been coming to the Hollywood location for years and I love it. I highly recommend lift society as a great place to workout in Los Angeles. I've also made some great friends here too 🙂
